Product Overview

The MechLabs X-MOD Mechanical HPA Unit is a modular, drop-in HPA conversion system engineered for most Version 2 gearbox AEGs. Its CNC-machined aluminum construction delivers strength without unnecessary weight, while the precision lock-fit design maintains consistent alignment during installation and maintenance.

A three-axis XYZ adjustment system allows technicians to fine-tune engine position and nozzle alignment within different receivers. The adjustable X-MOD bolt and Air Bender system control nozzle fit, air-cycle timing, rate of fire, and overall air consumption. This helps maintain stable output during rapid firing while reducing shot-down and extending usable tank life.

Because the X-MOD operates entirely mechanically, it requires no battery, FCU, wiring harness, or electronics. The result is a weather-resistant HPA engine designed for dependable performance in demanding airsoft environments.

Compatibility

Designed for most Version 2 gearbox AEGs. Other Version 2 platform nozzles are sold separately. The X-MOD bolt technology is also cross-compatible with MechLabs NEXXUS and ARC platforms.

Installation
