We here at LA Capa Customs strive to provide and make the best hi capa parts, custom builds, and customer services. Please take a moment to review our Return Policy and Guidelines:

Please include a note with your order number, contact email, and stating whether you would like store credit or a direct refund (with restocking fee).
- All orders that are purchased with Checkout+ are eligible for a free return label. This can be found by going through our returns portal.
- For orders that are shown as delivered from the shipping provider, we do not offer refunds. Please contact the shipping provider to attempt to retrieve the package, but this falls out of our liability of shipping protection.
- For individual parts that are ordered, the customer has 14 days upon receiving the product to return it if they are unsatisfied. Orders cancelled before they are shipped will receive a full refund.
- All returned products must be in the original packaging and new condition. Additionally, there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted for unopened products if you wish to have the money refunded to your original payment method. The customer is also able to receive a coupon code for 100% of the order amount that is being returned. All individual items that are returned damaged are not eligible for a refund.
- For customs builds and prebuilds, we do not offer refunds once they are sent out, however, if the build malfunctions in the first 14 days of use and it is not a user-caused problem, the customer may send in their gun to us to be fixed free of charge.
- For pre ordered items, if the customer wishes to cancel their order before it is shipped out, there will be a 10% restocking fee on the entire order, and the refund will be issued back to the original payment method. The customer is also able to receive a coupon code for 100% of the order total. In certain cases, if an item's estimated time of arrival exceeds 4 weeks from what it is originally estimated and stated, the customer is eligible to receive a full direct refund.
- For sent in guns to be worked on, there will be a flat rate of $80 for the first 2 hours of labor, and an additional $30 an hour for additional time. The customer will be responsible for any items needed/added, as well as for shipping costs.
- When given store credit, the customer will receive a coupon code that gives them a specific monetary value off of any items/services in our store.
