Installation & Tech Tips:

  1. Pre-Fit Wire Spade Connectors:
    • Remove heat shrink from tabs.
    • Ensure mosfet wire connectors fit well on motor leads.
    • If the fit is tight, loosen the connectors using tweezers, a small flathead screwdriver, or an alternative motor.
    • Test for smooth fitting before final installation.
  2. Supporting Parts for Optimal Performance:
    • Reduced Weight Assembly:
      • Use FPS Softair Piston Head or polymer piston head for builds above 33 RPS.
      • For DSG builds, pair with Real Deal AOE Mod Bonded Piston Assembly and FPS Softair Piston Head.
    • Delay Chip:
      • For single-sector gear builds, use the Real Deal High-Speed Delay Chip to ensure flawless auto feeding.
    • Short Stroking:
      • Remove 1-2 teeth from the pickup side of the sector gear for single-sector builds to reduce PME (Pre-Mature Engagement), especially during aggressive semi-auto or auto firing.
  3. Avoid Reverse Polarity:
    • Do not connect positive wires to the negative tab or vice versa.
    • Reversed polarity will damage the ESC board.
