Tech Tips:

1. Bonding the Rack:
   • Brushless Builds: Bond the rack to the piston using glue or epoxy.
     • Apply glue to rails near the pickup tooth support area.
     • Tap the rack into place using a flat tool.
   • Brushed Builds: Bonding is optional but recommended.
   • Use thread locker on the piston head screw.
2. Piston Heads:
   • Builds up to 30-32 RPS: Use Real Deal CNC Piston Head.
   • Builds 32+ RPS: Use FPS SoftAir Piston Head or lightweight POM head.
   • Brushless DSG builds require FPS SoftAir Piston Head.
3. Rack Removal and Fitment:
   • For tight fits, insert a flat tool between rack teeth to loosen.
   • Ensure the rack is fully seated before final installation.
