If I bought this would it work with the TM hi capa and does it come with all the parts to get a working HPA other then the hose tank and m4 mag?

This is pretty easily installed by unscrewing the bottom of your magazine and using the components provided to connect it. You can check out videos of similar adapters for easy installation, such as Primary Airsoft.
