Product Overview

The Retro Arms CNC Split Gearbox V2 combines a two-piece gearbox design with an integrated ULTRA hop-up chamber for high-performance M4 and M16 airsoft builds. Machined from a solid block of EN AW 7075-T651 aircraft-grade aluminum, the shell offers significantly greater strength and durability than conventional cast zinc-alloy gearboxes.

Its split upper and lower construction simplifies internal installation and allows the upper gearbox section to be removed without extracting the complete gearbox from compatible receivers. Precision-machined alignment surfaces, reinforced cylinder-head areas, optimized wiring channels, and secure spring grooves support dependable assembly and operation.

Designed for Tokyo Marui-standard AR15, M4, M16, and other compatible Version 2 AEG platforms and internal components. The gearbox supports common trigger switches and electronic trigger units, including compatible GATE products. Do not use a MAXX cylinder head.

Installation
