Retro Arms CNC DSG/TSG V2 8mm QSC Gearbox Shell
Upgrade your high-speed AEG with a CNC-machined Version 2 gearbox shell engineered specifically for demanding DSG and TSG builds, reinforced piston support, and reliable high-rate-of-fire performance.
Product Overview
The Retro Arms CNC DSG/TSG V2 Gearbox Shell is precision-machined in the Czech Republic from a solid block of EN AW 7075-T651 aircraft-grade aluminum. Its specialized design shortens the cylinder area by 20mm, replacing unused cylinder space with extended piston guide rails to better support the shortened piston travel found in dual-sector and triple-sector gear setups.
Five guide bearings above the piston provide additional stabilization after the components complete their initial break-in. Reinforced construction around the cylinder head, optimized wire channels, piston-position windows, and alignment features make this shell an advanced foundation for custom high-speed airsoft builds.
