Product Overview

The PolarStar Fusion Engine is a premium drop-in HPA conversion kit that replaces the complete Version 2 AEG gearbox. Its lightweight CNC-machined aluminum chassis houses a dual-solenoid, closed-bolt system that independently controls the nozzle and poppet valve. This allows players to fine-tune BB loading, air volume, velocity, and rate of fire for CQB, outdoor, or specialized builds.

True closed-bolt operation promotes dependable accuracy, while the frame-mounted trigger microswitch provides a defined break, short reset, and responsive firing feel. Velocity can be adjusted through input pressure, with optional color-coded nozzles available for larger performance-range changes.
