Product Overview

The HPA M4 Magazine Adapter allows you to connect High-Pressure Air (HPA) systems and M4 AEG magazines to your Hi-Capa airsoft pistol. This modification significantly enhances both capacity and consistency—making it ideal for competitive and extended play.

To operate the adapter properly, you will need the following components:

• An M4 AEG magazine

• A paintball air tank with a low-pressure regulator (0–140 psi)

• An HPA line equipped with a Foster-style quick disconnect

Since green gas typically operates around 120 psi, depending on ambient temperature, we recommend staying within that range for optimal performance. Exceeding 140 psi is not advised, as it may lead to internal wear or long-term damage.

Performance Recommendations

For the best results, it is important to use a high-quality M4 AEG magazine with strong, reliable springs. This ensures consistent BB feeding and minimizes misfires.

Moreover, we recommend not leaving magazines fully loaded for extended periods, as this can cause the internal spring to weaken over time. In such cases, replacing the original spring with a superfeed spring will help maintain optimal performance and reliability.

Important Compatibility Notice for WE Magazine Users

Although this adapter is broadly compatible, it was specifically designed with Action Army (AA) magazines in mind. Consequently, when using a WE magazine, you may encounter a small gap between the magazine and adapter due to differing internal screw positions.

To correct this issue, we recommend placing a 1mm nylon spacer between the rear of the WE magazine and the connection point on the adapter. This simple fix ensures a secure fit and helps prevent feeding problems. As a result, your setup will perform more consistently and reliably.
